3. Cancellation of Subscriptions

4. Software Usage and Security

• The use, distribution, or possession of cracked, pirated, or unauthorized copies of our software is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban without appeal.

These protections are based on behavioural patterns and not individual user data. We do not store user identities. This also includes inappropriate use, words or illegal use of the website, application or system.

1) Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Instonomo, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them (including the Privacy Policy and any additional rules shown on the Website). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2) Who can use Instonomo (Eligibility)

• You must follow the laws that apply to you where you live.

• If you are under the minimum age required to consent to online services in your country, you may only use Instonomo with consent from a parent/guardian (where required).

• We can refuse access to anyone at any time if we believe use is unsafe, unlawful, or violates these Terms.

3) What Instonomo is (and isn’t)

Instonomo is a website that may include account features, user-facing tools, and (in future) AI-powered features.

No guarantees: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that results/output will always be accurate.

3.1 Instonomo ChatBot (live feature)

Instonomo includes a ChatBot feature (“ChatBot”). By using the ChatBot, you agree to these Terms and any additional ChatBot rules shown on the Instonomo site. If the ChatBot is accessed through Vinti or another PlingifyPlug product, your use is still governed by these Instonomo Terms.

ChatBot data may be stored locally on your device (for example using cookies/local storage) and certain moderation/appeal information may be stored in Firebase (see Privacy Policy). You can clear local ChatBot data by clearing site data for backuppass.github.io in your browser settings (or using any clear/reset option on the Instonomo site if available).

4) Accounts and security

If the Website offers accounts:

• You are responsible for activity on your account.

• Provide accurate information where required (for example, a working email).

• Keep access to your account secure. If you believe your account is compromised, stop using it and contact us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Break these Terms,

• Create risk to other users, the public, or PlingifyPlug,

• Are involved in suspected fraud, abuse, or unlawful behaviour.

5) Acceptable Use Policy (What you must NOT do)

You agree not to use Instonomo to do, share, request, promote, or facilitate:

Illegal, harmful, or abusive activity

• Any unlawful activity or content.

• Threats, harassment, bullying, hate, or discrimination.

• Exploitation or harm of minors.

• Content that encourages violence or serious wrongdoing.

• Instructions or support for wrongdoing (including evading law enforcement).

Safety, security, and system abuse

• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.

• Malware, spyware, phishing, credential theft, scams, or deceptive practices.

• Automated scraping, botting, or abusive traffic that harms the Service.

• Bypassing restrictions, bans, moderation systems, or technical limits.

Content rights violations

• Uploading or sharing content you don’t have rights to.

• Copyright infringement or piracy.

Privacy violations

• Doxxing, sharing private personal information without permission.

• Collecting or storing personal data about others without lawful basis.

We can interpret this policy broadly to protect safety, legality, and the integrity of the Service.

6) “Strike” system, bans, and enforcement

Instonomo may use an enforcement system (including automated checks and manual review) to keep the Service safe.

6.1 Strikes

• The Website may issue “strikes” when content or behaviour violates these Terms.

• Strikes can be triggered by: prompts, messages, uploaded content (if any), account behaviour, or suspected abuse.

6.2 3-Strike policy (example implementation)

Unless we state otherwise on the Website:

• Strike 1: Warning + limited restrictions may apply.

• Strike 2: Strong warning + temporary restrictions may apply.

• Strike 3: Account action, which may include automatic account deletion and/or a ban.

6.3 Cookies / local tracking for enforcement

To enforce safety rules, Instonomo may store local identifiers (such as cookies/local storage) that record strike status and ban signals. Attempting to clear, reset, or bypass these to evade enforcement may itself lead to a ban.

6.4 Immediate enforcement (no warning)

We may suspend or ban immediately (with or without strikes) for severe issues, including:

• Illegal use,

• Threats of harm,

• Sexual content involving minors,

• Malware, hacking attempts, or platform attacks,

• Coordinated abuse, harassment, or evasion.

6.5 Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action is wrong, you can contact us with:

• Account email (if applicable),

• What happened,

• Any relevant timestamps/screenshots.

We may not respond to every appeal, and we may refuse appeals where risk remains.

7) User content (if you post, send, or upload anything)

If the Service lets you submit content (“User Content”), you:

• Keep ownership of your User Content but grant us a licence to host, store, process, and display it only as needed to operate and improve the Service and enforce safety rules.

• Confirm you have rights to submit it.

• Understand we may remove content at any time for safety, legal compliance, or policy reasons.

8) AI features (Instonomo AI) — Not live yet

Instonomo may later include “Instonomo AI” features. As of the effective date above, Instonomo AI may not be available, may be incomplete, or may be disabled.

When enabled:

• AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading.

• AI outputs are for general informational use and entertainment only.

• Do not rely on AI outputs for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

• You are responsible for how you use outputs.

• We may log/retain certain data for safety, debugging, and misuse prevention (see Privacy Policy).

9) Intellectual Property (Our stuff)

All branding, logos, designs, code, and content provided by PlingifyPlug are owned by PlingifyPlug or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Service unless we give written permission, except where the law allows.

10) Third-party services (Firebase, hosting, etc.)

Instonomo may use third-party providers (for example authentication or hosting). Your use may also be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

11) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee availability, security, or error-free operation.

• We do not guarantee accuracy of any content or output.

• Use is at your own risk.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlingifyPlug is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses,

• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business,

Information about your ChatBot experience (such as preferences, session state, and certain chat-related data) may be stored locally on your device using site storage (including Local Storage and similar browser storage) for backuppass.github.io. This local data is used to keep the ChatBot working and remember your settings. You can clear this data by clearing site data for backuppass.github.io in your browser settings (or using any clear/reset option on the Instonomo site if available).

1.5.2 Banning and appeals data stored in Firebase (limited and purpose-restricted)

For safety enforcement, Instonomo stores limited ban/appeal information in Firebase. This Firebase data is not intended to store your full ChatBot “profile” or your full locally stored ChatBot experience. Firebase-stored moderation data is limited to what is necessary to operate appeals and enforcement, such as:

• the reason for ban

• the reason/message submitted for appeal

• an email address (only if provided for appeal contact/updates)

• appeal status and relevant timestamps/IDs used for enforcement

  This data is used only for moderation, appeals processing, preventing abuse, and protecting the service.

2) How we use your data

We use data to:

• Provide and operate Instonomo

• Authenticate users and manage accounts

• Enforce safety rules and prevent misuse

• Maintain platform security

• Fix bugs and improve performance

• Comply with legal obligations

PlingifyPlug grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Instonomo for its intended purpose.

• Copy, redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Service or its code

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code (except where law permits)

• Remove branding, copyright notices, or watermarks

• Use the Service to create a competing product using substantially similar design/code

• Attempt to bypass bans, strike systems, rate limits, or safety enforcement (including by clearing or tampering with enforcement identifiers) where this is used to evade moderation.

3) Ownership

The Service and all associated IP rights belong to PlingifyPlug and its licensors.

4) Updates and changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Some updates may be required to keep using the Service.

5) Termination

This licence ends automatically if you violate the Terms of Service or this EULA. On termination, you must stop using the Service.

PlingifyPlug is not responsible for any unauthorized access to or use of your data, nor for any damage or loss resulting from such unauthorized access. This includes, but is not limited to, any data leaks, breaches, or loss of data due to failures or security vulnerabilities in Firebase or any other third-party service used in connection with Vinti Beta.

PlingifyPlug is not responsible for any damage, including loss of data, arising from your use of the Beta Software.

5. Feedback and Testing

By using the Beta Software, you may be requested to provide feedback, bug reports, and suggestions ("Feedback") to PlingifyPlug. You agree that any Feedback you provide will be non-confidential and may be used by PlingifyPlug for any purpose, without compensation to you. 6. Limitations of Liability
